Cryptera is achieving PCI 6.x certification for its full range of Encrypting PIN Pads and CryptoTouch PIN on Glass solutions
This week Cryptera is announcing international certification from PCI “Payment Card Industry” for its full range of Encrypting PIN Pads – EPP’s – plus its CryptoTouch PIN on Glass portfolio. The PCI 6.x approval covers 3 different EPP’s and 12 different touch screen sizes ranging from 5”-27”.
With these PCI 6 certifications Cryptera once again shows we are at the forefront of PCI for the benefit of our customers. We have a long legacy for developing and customizing EPP’s to a number of global players in the ATM, Kiosk and Fuel Pump industries. With PCI 6 we can ensure our customers’ solutions and compliance until 2030. CryptoTouch PIN on Glass technology allows for secure PIN entry on a touch screen and can be used in various transaction and payment environments such as ATM’s, Financial Kiosks, Petrol Forecourt Payment, Parking, Ticketing and Quick Service Restaurants.
The Cryptera EPP’s and CryptoTouch solutions are approved for Online PIN transactions and may be combined with a Secure Card Reader and an NFC Reader for contactless transactions. All modules hold PCI certifications, and both card readers are EMV approved and hold international card scheme approvals.
